Loving this series and I love how this one was plussed up with the interviews. I have to imagine more local places would be willing to do this since you're literally helping them bring in more customers and just giving them their flowers. I also love how impressed both the chef and bartender were with Alan's skills. Honestly this was so good, that if you ever tire of theme parks, you both could absolutely do a show like this, it was so well done!

I love microbreweries, back in my home state I tried one at a place called 10 Barrels which was a Strawberry Cucumber summer light beer. It was so good and didn't more like a beer cocktail.

Thank you for these spotlights! My husband and I went to Home State when we took a last minute weekend trip to Orlando this month. I don’t normally like an IPA but I tried Shemamigans and loved it! We actually tried a flight and had some sandwiches, such a great place! Food and beer were delicious and the staff were super nice!

Don't downplay the stretching of the dough, Alan. With pizza being such a simple dish, every component must be perfect to have a stellar product. How well you stretch the dough affects texture (crispiness, doneness, etc.), as you are only cooking it for such a short time. Looks like you did a very good job, for someone who doesn't do it all the time.
