Duck meat - ground spices - stir sizeable quantity of sliced onions until slightly light brown add ginger and garlic paste good quantity and then - ground chillies, coriander, white pepper etc., (salt as per requirement). Stir to make paste then add the Duck pieces and some water, continue to stir until the water evaporates and the oil shows up - keep stirring and then add water to make gravy. Cook in medium flame (10 mins) and then let the curry simmer when oil shows up on the sides it is ready to eat with either flat bread or boiled (strained) rice.

main spices to sauté are 1. grounded/powdered : (coriander + cumin) grain + turmeric + dried chili + black pepper + cardamom + cloves + cinnamon + green chilli 2. (Onion + ginger + garlic) paste
