Yeah the hurricane was pretty bad I'm in like the Tampa Bay area on the gulf called New Port Richey thankfully my house is okay but so many of my friends lost their car or their house it's so sad thank you for praying my house had no power for 24 hours

Hey Daisy! Tampa Bay Area native here. The hurricane fortunately wasn’t a direct hit for us, that was the very North of the coast in the big bend area, but basically all of the coastline from about Naples and north up the coast got hit with terrible storm surge and basically all of our beaches have been devastated. It’ll take a while to rebuild. Lots of businesses on the beaches took a hit and a lot of residents have lost their homes due to historic flood levels. So many people are displaced and we also have 3 schools that are now inoperable until the flood damage is gone. This storm stayed 100+ miles offshore from us but we had areas of 8 ft of storm surge

Damn!! That chicken and Mac and cheese bowl looked GOOD!! Definitely doesn’t look like it’s worth $13 tho. I’ve never even seen a Brother Clucker tho so…..🤷🏻‍♀️ I was actually in Charlotte North Carolina on Thursday and Friday. Was supposed to fly out Friday morning at 7:05am but the winds were so bad that we couldn’t. Ended up operating a flight to JFK that was scheduled for 1:19. Didn’t take off til 2 but I’m glad we got out. My friends were playing a show that night and I thankfully made it!!
