Dry yeast ko apko hot water matlab utna gram pani jo ubal n rha ho but itna gram ho ki ap 2 second se zyada ungli na daal sko usme dalkar minimum 24 hours activate hone ke liye rest krne dena hota h aur wahi par instant dry yeast me bhi same process h, gram paani dalo fir sirf 20 minutes rest krado vo activate hojeya easily then mix milk or maida or anything you want to make with that yeast wala pani jo kisi bhi dough ko fulaa sakta h. Baki apko bta du ki yeast ki quantity accurate thi usme koi galti nhi thi, galti thi ki apne room temperature water use kiya vo bhi Chandigarh ki winters me jisse yeast activate nhi hua aur vo dough ko fula nhi ska bas dough ko cook karne me help kr ska( and ek cheez btana bhul gya ki yeast ko activate krane ke liye thoda sa sugar and salt bhi add krna hota h usse bhut help milti h)
