I am really enjoying your videos. It is nice to have someone in my age group experiencing the carnivore life style.

I appreciate that. I figure everyone has had enough of harsh, jarring newscaster voices 🙂

Used to make Butter Tarts every holiday and eat more than just a few at a time. My family grieved when I went CV and didn’t make them anymore. But, I'm 76 and have my health, less brain fog and more energy than my 45 y.o daughters. 😆 At a stall a few months back, had to give up dairy and the scale is once again moving. I'm in Vancouver and your narket in Toronto is similar to our Granville Island Market. Subbed and liked. Good luck.

Thanks so much for the sub! Yeah, I've noticed a bit of a plateau with my weight, and I think it's because I've been eating more dairy and meat other than beef over the past couple of weeks. Time to tighten up on the diet....

Jay, jay, jay - if I didn’t have just finished my steak, egg, bacon breakfast, I would have pulled up a chair next to you and enjoyed the same food. Enjoy!

Hi, Jay -- I liked the way you skillfully made your way around the store! It's always good to find carnivore workarounds when you are away from home. I've put together a "work-a-menu kit" that I take with me if I know I will be eating out. I plan to talk about that on the channel I'm preparing to get up and running. All the best to you - Lori (Carnivore Cheer)

Wow... what an amazing Market! ... There are advantages to living in a large city... I am on Vancouver Island in a small City and we have very little choice here. Eating out is extremely hard for a Carnivore where I live. I see no real options on any restaurant menus here. There is no market and not even a Costco where I live. I keep trying to get to a 100% Carnivore lifestyle, eating out has been a problem and led to a number of meals with carbs that trigger my own addiction, but I never give up. When I lived in Spain for nine years, in Andalucia, they called the Cortado a Sombra... that is what I used to get also.

Yes, it is a challenge to find things to eat in more rural places. I end up eating a lot of hamburgers without any toppings or bun when I'm traveling!

Grew up in Vancouver area…loved my mom’s butter tarts! Are you permanently in Toronto?
@Jaylwoodworth11 ай бұрын
Nope, I subletted an apartment from a friend who was travelling for a couple of months. I live near NYC and am back home now. My mom was from Montreal and I have lots of friends and relatives in Ontario, so like when I get a chance to spend time there.

Yes it was sliced very thin. Lots of different types of salmon though, that I hadn’t seen before. Thanks for the comment!
