I made this strange old slimy sushi recipe I found online on a tradition Japanese website / book.
I had to make the sushi rice with Nattō / natoo fermented soy beans and slimy slime fish sashimi on top of it.
So its all edible slime and it tasted really weird in my mouth, the slime sushi almost fell apart between my chopsticks!
It was really fun to make and delicious to eat.

J'ai fait cette étrange vieille recette de sushi gluant que j'ai trouvée en ligne sur un site / livre japonais de tradition.
Je devais faire le riz à sushi avec des fèves de soja fermentées Nattō / natoo et un sashimi de poisson visqueux par dessus.
Donc c'est du slime entièrement comestible et ça avait un goût vraiment bizarre dans ma bouche, le sushi au slime s'est presque effondré entre mes baguettes !
C'était vraiment amusant à faire et délicieux à manger.
