Nice vlog. Thanks doing this video as I have suggested in last livestream. Have a good week ahead. Waiting for next livestream this Sunday. Lion dance haha not duck :P. I guess those two ingredients are good for Gohan or hot pot. That kariage that you had is a deboned chicken wing stuffed with dumpling fillings. A chinese delicacy. Sad to be informed that The Gundam Statue will be offline in March.

Even windy and cold weather could not spoil your best mood while filming. The night scenes have been excelently captured and are beyond imagination. its a kirin but its called a "lion' as in lion dance lol typically its hoisin sauce in the duck roll frog is tasty like chicken but i'd never tried a whole deep fried frog that way interesting. but braised frog in spicy sauce and eat it with kayuu is delicious! frog is prized as an energising food much like what japanese think of eels
@julietai74652 жыл бұрын
I think that’s a dragon but somehow Cantonese called it the “Lion” Dance. 🤣 Yes, I am just as confused as you! 😅 And, that sauce for Peking Duck is “hoisin” sauce. Goes well with nagy. Thanks for showing us those food that you tried. Some of them are a novelty to me too! 😋

@julietai74652 жыл бұрын
I used to eat turnip cakes with hot sauce. But, now, I can't eat spicy food b/c I have a weak stomach. Maybe, i should try with hoisin sauce.🤤 btw: I don't think the ancient Chinese have ever seen a lion. I think they used the word "lion" to mean the mythical creature, "dragon". 🤔Oh well, as long as we Gaoo's know who is the real "Rion" King!😆🦁
@paripitiffany2 жыл бұрын
@@julietai7465 Ooh, I love shumai with hot sauce. Oh noes… Sorry to hear. P.S. Haha, I have no idea. 😝 There’s the dance with a dragon on poles, the lion dance with martial art moves, and the lion dog statues that guard entrances. But we will definitely recognize our one and only Rion on the street-Seeno… Gaoooo!!
@dariusq88942 жыл бұрын
It is definitely a lion. You even see statues of lions at the temple he showed. There is Dragon dancing but that's a separate thing which looks like the lamps Rion saw above the street. Usually people walk around holding the puppet on poles and flowing like a big serpent. Hoisin sauce is really good with Cantonese style roast pork "siu yook". Yokohama Chinatown even has a BBQ shop that serves it on rice.

Not really a dragon or a dog. It's a Chinese guardian lion. I think they're called shishi? I don't know the kanji for it. They're often called "fuu dogs" here in the West, but I that's mostly to due with us not knowing what we're talking about. We call those bouncing balls superballs here in the US too.
