The Pilgrim would be my go to just because it's seasonal... otherwise it would be the Mona for sure... ham and cheese with bacon and a fried egg. Sounds like a grilled cheese I've made before. Add the fries and it's a complete breakfast. I also love Thanksgiving... the gatherings and the meals.
