I like how they go into these episodes blind lol. Structure is coming along better. Roi seems more comfortable as it goes along. Episode 1/2 he seemed to be finding his footing. Alex was comfy since episode 1.

Still not completely happy with both honestly. Watching this, I feel like they're almost forcing a relationship, making sure it lasts by reiterating it every episode. Heck, if this is the way these two become friends again, so be it. 100 episodes down the line (if they make it that far, which I sure hope they do) they'll be completely natural, past behind them.

Each episode the chemistry gets a little better. It takes time to mold and perfect a formula. By episode 100 it'll all be there.

to anyone wondering what the intestines taste like, as a Mexican, this is like an authentic thing to eat in tacos (also known as tripitas/tripas). It looks like they might've just boiled them but traditionally you clean them thoroughly in water (WITHOUT GETTING RID OF ANY FAT), then put them in some really hot water in a deep pan(not quite boiling), and then add salt, some garlic cloves bay leaves etc. After awhile they start to cook a bit in the water which looks weird BUT don't take them off heat because the water is supposed to evaporate. Then, they start to sort of grill off their own fat and once they turn brown and pretty crispy, you can slap them onto a CORN tortilla, add some diced onion, cilantro, and salsa. THAT is a proper Mexican way to eat them, otherwise... don't recommend lol that's probably why they weren't too good in this episode haha
