It's very easy to be vegan with Indian, Thai and Chinese food especially in sg where there are so many pure veg restaurants that will happily accommodate vegans. I think it's only western food where people are surprised that vegan equivalents have any flavour, mostly because the west is so late to the game. What I find weird is the assumption that vegan =healthy. You eat fries and coke all day everyday and be vegan.

LOVE this episode! Have started a plant-based diet since March and been checking out vegan/vegetarian places in Singapore. Would love to see more eco/ vegan content! Been loving these places: - Hans Im Glück (burgers) - Elemen (Asian fusion) - Cedele (cafe) - Teng Bespoke (Japanese) - Joie by Dozo (fine dining) - Jade @ Fullerton (fine dining) - Whole Earth (local/fusion) - Boneless Kitchen (Korean)

That’s a bitter gourd, it’s bitter by nature, normally cooked with fermented black beans to cut down the bitterness. A very healthy veggie and it’s known to cut down heat in your body.

I hunted around for vegetarian/vegan. Here are my Top 5 go-to places, in descending order of prices. 1) Sufood @ Raffles City 2) Elemen (multiple branches) 3) LingZhi @ Novena 4) Loving Hut @ Joo Chiat 5) Real Food (multiple branches) 6) Greendot Although some are not strictly vegan, they are happy to leave out non-vegan ingredients if you request.

What an informative video! AND I love that a lot of you content has got to do with what can be done in SINGAPORE! Thanks for doing it for us to see and learn, most Singaporeans would be lazy to even find ways to be more 'eco-friendly' or bother about that lifestyle. I have to say, I wasn't really fond of the Living Cafe, got a bad tummy ache and also their lasagne was a bit of a mess but it could just be me adjusting my tastes buds hahaha. I love your videos, don't ever stop!!!

Oh quite the contrary! Good luck, and enjoy the different kinds of veg foods that Singapore has to offer! :)
