Next time you're in Sydney you HAVE to try Mama B's at Chippendale, it is soooo good. She's recently taken over the whole pub so even the bar/drinks are 100% vegan now too and she also supports other vegan businesses in the community to support their growth. So so good!!

We are totally spoilt in Newtown. I'm always disappointed in other suburbs in comparison. Vandal is one of my favourite restaurants. So delicious! I've never tried I should be Souvlaki, so that's next on my list. I can also recommend the Vietnamese restaurant Golden Lotus, which is just a few doors away, too.

Honestly so spoilt! It's nice to have a suburb that really does have a great variety of vegan options available in one spot 😁 I have been there in the past when I was last in Sydney, very delicious 😋

That souvlaki looked SO good. Did you see LOTF have just released a souvlaki using the Birds Eye lamb pieces. Pls review! Although tbh we know it's gonna be good :)

Great stuff Jack! Been looking forward to this video, glad you got to experience 'Oh my days' almond croissants they are devine! I'm heading to Green Mushroom an all vegan Indian restaurant also in Newtown supposed to be good. Melbourne has certainly been blessed by the coffee godess!

Glad you enjoyed it! :) It was great to see how good the vegan scene is in Sydney! Melbourne is pretty fortunate with options as well, but Newtown was great and so was the Sydney vegan bakery scene!

This was great jack! That food looks incredible. I crave I should be souvlaki so badly 😂 so wish they were in melb. Totally agree about cafes in melb, I can’t believe we are so lacking, they really need to up the vegan options. So many times I go to different ones and there is nothing vegan 🙁

I love I should be Souvlaki. I think their marinated pork is my favourite. They delivered to Brisbane a few times and I have a freezer stocked with some of their delicious items! Their tzatziki is also amazing! Desperately want to try Miss Sina

Hey Jack, great video. Next time you come to Sydney, you must visit vegan Asian restaurants like Green Sprouts, Green Gourmet or Golden Lotus. We do have coffee shops open very early next to the beaches unfortunately I don't know any vegan one there.

Im so jealous. Those pastries looked really good, well it all looked really good!! It really is amazing how frightened people are of the vegan label. I bet if McDonald's labelled their fries as "vegan fries" people would even stop buying them.

Yeah, it's sad that ppl instantly get their back up when they hear the term 'vegan' 😪 I know Massels stock used to have vegan on their products, but recently removed it to 'no animal content' instead... i wonder if they noticed a drop in sales because it said vegan 🤔

Love your sydney eats content! Newtown is definitely the place to be for vegans, i wish the Northern beaches had some better spots for vegan food. Will agree to disagree on the coffee... i went to Melbourne and struggled to find a good coffee, maybe it is just about knowing the good spots to go 😊

Agreed but everything is better in Melbourne 😍💚, but the vegan pastry shop in Perth still the best.
