i wouldn't eat here. how does he wash dirty dishes ? i know. i used to eat at places like, actually twice in my entire life before i left in 71 for the US. they all have a bucket of water they dunk in all dirty utensils, dishes every thing, dipped them 2-3 times and call it good. Hawker stalls in Singapore have access to running water. Vietnamese stand alone stalls don't. but the locals eat there and are fine. their system is used to the microbes. as a kid, whenever i went to dalat from saigon, i had the runs for the 1st day and then it's fine.
