Thank you for the video.57 years ago(in 1964 and I was 26), as a young doctor in a young Uganda, I was invited by my first Ugandan friend/our wonderful driver Amosi to his village near Kihiihi (in Rukungiri district). I saw the whole banana juice extraction process...from what I remember, the ripe bananas were peeled, placed in what looked like a canoe, and stomped upon with feet(I saw the same process but this time with grapes in Sicily) . The banana juice was then filtered, boiled, and cooled down(I have never tasted anything sweeter, and authentic than that!). It was nice to be invited and accepted by his family. And it was nice working in Uganda before Idi Amin came to power!Great memories about the country and the genuine people that I met.
