Eat low carb, exercise, never go to a doctor unless you need stitches or a bone set. Do not have lifesaving procedures after the end of your healthspan. Just say “I refuse treatment.”

I had tests showing heart issues... Bad ejection fraction...A hernia procedure was canceled... I feel fantastic at 76 years old...All my blood work is on point except LDL is mildly elevated..I'm asked to take statins, entresto, metropol and get a catheter angiograph...Then agree to double bypass in order to be considered for hernia repair...I understand that at my age double bypass is mainly for quality of life not longevity...My quality of life is great now...Totally asymptomatic...I would like to monitor heart over a few months... Doesn't seem to be an option... I truly respect your thinking in a logical and well researched manner...Treating patients as a whole and not just numbers on a chart...Thanks for sharing that knowledge...

I’ve been doing a carnivore diet since May last year. All my inflammation is gone and I have more energy than ever. I have many more benefits as well. I actually alternate day of high fat proteins and high fat animal fats. The next day I do low fat protein and minimal fats. This along with IF, I have finally broken my weight loss barrier at 60. I find benefits of both since many women need fat for our hormones. No doubt people overdo it though. Thank you for an informative video.

1. high fat eating, is not natural. in nature, animals are slim, because they not do over eat, or get over fed as in animal factories. 2. more examples. no have, knives or much metal, above soil on earth. so cutting skin, to get pork and beef -meat, is also not natural. - 3. milk-protein is for fast body growth, what humans babies not need. and just saying, many non western people, can not take much animal milk, and western people get less in world. 4. fruits as banana, even apple and many more, did not exist 100s years ago. so much sugar can not be natural. so cakes, cookies, etc. are not healthy if eaten often. - 5. much fibers ( causes gas ), even for healthier people, so this is also not good ( expand belly often and bring gas out, is a energy-waste ). i say this because, some people eat much salad or vegetable, and not much else. 6. what to eat ? maybe not much, and maybe not even every day. ( i am not against sugar /carbs, fat or protein ). life is about energy, and stop waste much energy, gives people much energy and less hunger. - - 7. examples. work long or hard, do often sport, have often stress /dispute, take often "pain-killers etc" . and better body posture, give more air in, to breathe, what gives energy. 8. sex is very helpful, it is sport, fun, relaxing and makes growth-hormones in body. so is time to re-think life from the basic for most of people. - 9. another point of health. wifi /5g info-waves, with geo-engineering on sky ( in air ), could be seen as, manipulation ( info change. at least all the point-less things on internet, seen daily ), not about to hurt the body directly. 10. what is said in video here, toxins in fat, fat is around ones body ( think, some people not lose much fat /weight ), because liver etc can not do, because we still eat too much wrong things ), and so we not get enough energy /fuel, - and even get old faster, and die soon. is a true point. 11. not forget, big industry /companies are there too. take care.

Hello, i am on LCHF diet for the past 10 years- i call it low carbs healthy fats diet, according to my experience i can observe that we do not require to be on high fats all the time . When we make transition from being on usual carbs intake ( like 3 to 4 meals with carbs per day to low carb with 50 to 25 grams of carbs which comes from healthy vegetables only) to low carb intake then we need to provide body with a bit more higher dietary fats to show body that , look darling now instead of glucose (in absence of glucose ) the main source of energy will be coming from fats 😊. Asap body understands it ( 1 or 2 weeks) body starts to use body visceral and subcutaneous fats as fuels and we may reduce dietary fats intake to very moderate and feel great and as much as cheating not happening body runs smoothly on ketones and not requiring high dietary fats intake. If ever we fail of keto or lchf wagon we cannot restart low carbing wz low fats , body will crave so we may repeat the same approach which we were doing from very beginning of starting healthy life style 😇😇😇 thank you for inspiring videos dear Dr ❤

But if you are not overweight, you must get the fat from the food? With, at the most, 50 grams of carbs a day, you would have to eat very high protein to get enough calories? If you eat very moderate fat. And that doesn’t seem to healthy.

Hi, Dr. Nadir Ali is the only doctor that I know of that speak out the most about plant sterols / phytosterol / sitosterol. I haven't been able to get much data about what genes or blood test to check for the genetic pre-disposition to sitosterolemia. Would this also make MCT oil bad for us to raise ketones level? Are we better off using a different agent to raise our ketones? Raising many questions that we could use answers to. Is extra virgin olive oil actually toxic to people with and without this pre-disposition? Can we see more research-backed and clinical trials-backed contents?

High carb, low fat is the standard advertised (by the government) American diet. Truly standard American diet is just high everything, with a dip for saturated fat. Unless you’d like to provide data and evidence to prove your claim that Americans eat a lot of saturated fat compared to what else they generally eat.
@sectionalsofa
@sectionalsofa Жыл бұрын
@@ZacksRockingLifestyle OR you can provide data that the SAD diet is NOT high in saturated fat (in addition to processed carbs and omega 6 fats [oils] as I claimed) I'll provide this: a portrait of a typical day of eating in America... and you tell me if this is low in saturated fat. A buttered bagel (or bacon, fried eggs and buttered toast) coffee with cream and sugar for breakfast; A cheeseburger with French fries and a milkshake for lunch. Fried chicken (with the skin of course), mashed potatoes (prepared with butter and cream) three buttered string beans for dinner (we wouldn't want to forget our vegetables.) Cookies and ice cream for dessert. Cold pizza for a midnight snack. Yes, high in everything... except phytonutrients and fiber.

And besides, my day in the life of a typical American's diet says more than either of you offered regarding the "high carb low fat" myth that sparked my response.

She is obese and her knee hurts and she hardly exercises. I plan to get her moving once she loses a bit more weight and her child starts school. We have a way to go but I believe we can do it. I'm very disappointed with Dr. Ali because he neglected the most important diet of lipotoxicity. High protein diet. Further, people who have a lot of weight need a lot of protein to prevent a lot of muscle loss, especially if they are not physically active.

Dr. Ali I would agree with everything but your summation. LOW CARB, LOW FAT is not a realistic option. One it is absolutely not sustainable for any significant amount of time. The patient will become sick and cravings will go through the roof. While a high Fat low to zero carb leads naturally to intermittent fasting and with knowledge of the benefits of fasting , autophagy a patient will fast with considerable ease. The Low carb low fat has been tried for years with zero success. Cheers Dr. Ginge. Internal medicine , Anti-Aging, Rejuvenating and Metabolic Medicine.
