Hi Que, I'm a seafood lover, especially my fish. I have never had Croaker fish, but you made it look so delicious. My husband is Jamaican and loves his head on the fish. I order with the head off my husband always tells the servers , " Bring her head to me." He tells me I don't know what I'm missing, the meat in the head is the best part. 😂😅 I may one day surprise him and myself and try it. You killed me at the end "The fish is resting in my tummy" RIP in my tummy 😮😂 Maybe you can have some fried Porgy, good fried and I drawn mine in hot sauce as well. @MrsNewtonsBigFamilyBigNoise Yes, Red Snapper is actually the fish we love to eat when he gets the head cut off and brought to him in a to go container So I guess you're right because not just my husband, I've heard from others that snappers head meat is good. Most people from the Caribbeans say a lot of Americans waste the head of fish. Like I said in my original comment, I may try it one day. So far, there has been no ETA yet, and we've been married 6 years. Them 👀 turn me off 😁😂

Maybe you can try it at that restaurant, I'm sure they make it. Whenever you get the opportunity to try the restaurant, I'm sure you'll love the food. I'm not a KZbinr. I'm from NC born n raised. Croakers is a staple of ours n it was my brother's fave fish. The bigger the better for him! Butter fish is also a fave of ours! Enjoy Que enjoy. I love to see you eat especially fish!!!❤

Croaker are one of my favorite! Big bones with a lot of meat. All you have to do is pull the one bone off and go in! Old Bay is the best seasoning for it and the meat is so flavorful and sweet. That’s one of the fish here in the Chesapeake Bay. Here in Va. They bite all the time at the pier 😊

My 1st experience with Croaker was I was about 7 ish & my uncle would bring my grandma Croaker.. I asked him for some & remembering it tasting AMAZING.. Problem is that I didn’t know it had bones so I ended up at the hospital because of fish bones stuck in my throat.. I recently just started back eating it.. Closed in the 2000’s but we use to have a spot here in DC called T.N.T. that had some good croaker
