In reply to your last question to Imtiaz Gul about the Supreme Court resisting the military trial, today the constitutional bench endorsed not only the military trial of civilians but also allowed them to punish the civilians. This is in contravention of international law and a travesty of justice because it takes away the fundamental rights of the accused to avail legal self- defence and a fair trial and bail.
