The video i waited for! Nice collection! I reccomend Eazy duz it and 5150 double lp vinyl 2004 release. Great Sounding vinyl. Straight of the streets needs a reprint on vinyl. Do you own more ruthless records releases on vinyl? Straight of the Streets is one of the best hiphop alums ever made.

thanks, it's worth quite a bit. One thing I didn't show in this video that I am not remembering is I actually have a Source mag that was Eazy's. He had a running subscription with Source, and I got an issue that was sent to him while he was dead, while the subscription was still running. DJ Speed hooked me up with it. One of my prized items

Amazing video here bro! I was born in ‘99, NY born and raised, but growing up I’ve always respected E, as an artist AND as a person. I have all of his original major releases on CD, same for all the NWA and 2Pac stuff, even Dre, Snoop and Dogg Pound, ALL OG pressings. In regards to the Eazy Duz It remaster with all of the 5150 mixed in, those audio files are probably more compressed since the discs would use the same amount of space, with more tracks you’re losing that quality in favor of the compression. To my knowledge and personal experience, the original CD masters, especially for Death Row stuff, all sound more full sonically, better clarity. The versions on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music are all the “remastered” versions, so I chase the OG press CDs in order to make better quality rips of the songs to play back the OG versions on my phone. I DEFINITELY like all the vinyls you’ve got though, respect brother 😎👍🏻

@@doep without cover art, I assume you mean some of the singles. No, those are legit, not all singles come with cover art. Depending on the single or artist or label etc., they can come with no art at all, just a CD, or some will come with a sticker on the casing and nothing else, some can come with just back cover art. There are many variations. Most of what I have can be found on Discogs, but I have some things that are not found there because they are quite rare, or no one has made a page for it. If you have a question on any specific item, I can elaborate more, but Discogs provides a pretty good baseline for a lot if you know how to navigate through it

One of them is dedicated to Hip Hop only and I'm still 'uploading' my collection... I have been listening (and buying) to Hip Hop since the late 80's, so I have some interesting stuff. But since there is so much, I decided to go for quality and not quantity. At the moment I'm looking for the first vinyl pressing of the Eazy-duz-it album, in the best possible condition. I agree with you that it is one of the best albums of the golden era. Very good production, funky beats, Eazy's distinctive voice, hard and humorous lyrics, etc. I already have some nice copies, bought back in the days. For example the vinyl 12-inches of Creep n Crawl and Real muthaphuckkin G's...
