Backhand Table Tennis Topspin Stroke
A few basic but fundamental tips That can help you with your back and stroke.
Notice how the player tracks the ball up to, near the point of contact.
The player's balance (core stability) is very good enabling him to easily adjust and move for varied balls and locations.
The player is executing a backhand topspin close to the table. This means he must keep his stroke relatively short. The main focus is forearm and wrist movement which provides speed and spin.
The angle of the bat is in and around 45° angle of course this would and does adjust slightly depending on the ball received.
Timing (contact point) is aimed to be hit slightly before or at top of the bounce.
