Ebay / Aliexpress Purchased Variable PSU Build

I bought a Variable DC Power supply KIT from Ebay / Ali-express.
Currently available for less than 1/2 Euro.
In this video i will open the kit go through the included components and test them. Finally i will build the kit.
A second video will follow where the power supply is tested and discussed.
