EBAY buyer leaves negative feedback for getting exactly what was ordered.

I received our stores first negative feedback in over a year. But just watch the video and decide if this is fair.

I sold a brand new tree harness for hunting $0.99. The dude bought it and complained there were no instructions. I told him to send it back if he wasn't happy. He wrote me every day for weeks and left neg feedback. Brand new in a sealed plastic bag. Some people are just that way.

I get wildly frustrated when reading amazon reviews by stupid people who cant read or even look at pictures and im not even the one being negatively effected by the reviews. Or wildly out of proportion expectations like when people think buying a $50 knock off of a $4000 tool should get them a top quality tool that requires no fiddling or fussing with.

The same thing happened to me today! I sold them a brand new item and they said it was damaged. And took pictures of a damaged item that I did not sell them.

Man, I hope Ebay makes it right for you. I can't do anything until case is closed on June 6.

It was probably not damaged by you, but by delivery driver while in transit. I have gotten some of mine purchase dropped of at wrong address and at least 2 with fist size holes to 4 and 1/2 inch holes on side of box. Damaged in transit. You sent off in excellent condition, but when customer receives it. It it damaged. Has happened to many of us, it's not seller's fault; you have to make complaint to courier company.

Did you even watch the video or are you the actual buyer of these EMPTY printer cartridges? His issue is they arrived EMPTY and must have been damaged. The real story is the buyer purchased and received exactly what was advertised. The return was granted yet he still left negative feedback.....Have you got the story now?

Hello friend so sorry this happened to you. You may want to put AT THE END WHERE THEY REVIEW THE PURCHASE IN BOLD AND POSSIBLY COLOUR LETTERING PARTS ONLY AND EMPTY. Put this there so they AGAIN can see BEFORE they purchase this is the condition of the item. so many people are not reading things fully and this is the result. It is no fault of yours but you are getting the mark against your company. So to stop this in future have them review the purchase before paying and HIGHLIGHT HIGHLIGHT HIGHLIGHT for YOUR own safety so they can read. It takes a bit more work on your part but it allows the integrity of your business standing to remain. If this wont work when you give the purchase confirmation you may want to AT THAT POINT REMIND THEM OF EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE BUYING SO THEY DONT HAVE TO GO AND LEAVE A CRAPPY REVIEW. Best of business luck for your future all will work out well tale this an an opportunity to implement additional systems. 😀😀

Most of society today is dumb, uneducated and brainwashed. Unless you're making a decent amount of money selling these empty cartridges I would stop selling them on EBay. It's not worth the headache and time. EBay is a buyer-oriented platform and sellers are left in the wind with no recourse.
