I never have a death pile because inventory is so scare in my area. One tip might be to source less items. Higher ROI items etc.

You have awesome items in your death pile. I don't really have a death pile , I just accumulate more inventory during the summer and fall than I can list so I get caught up after the holidays. I need to find a local auction....you get some awesome inventory from your auctions. Happy New Year!!

I thought a ‘death pile’ was items already listed but didn’t sell for a very long time. Now I understand…it’s items you want to list but haven’t had time to do so. Very interesting video for someone who only buys on ebay - me! Thank you - Happy New Year!🎉🎉

It might be that way for some people. Like listed items technically being a death pile as well. Thankfully now that we have a booth some of my listed items I do take down at times and try in there and sometimes they will sell then right away. It's nice to have options than just ebay.

I have the same issue, so maybe I’ll use these videos to hold myself accountable as well. I definitely enjoy the sourcing more than listing but the reality is that I should have much more listed than I have in my death pile, but I’m afraid I have the opposite🤦🏻‍♀️. I’m going to do as much as I can before Spring when the yard sales start up again.
