Ebay does not like buyers talking with sellers, The Concord 4 factory chip story

Just one more example of why I will not sell on ebay anymore.

You used to be able to contact them. Maybe people that steal don’t like getting messages calling them out. I was about to move so listed some stuff. Brand new in the box meon shower and sink faucet. Value over $300 sold it for $100 with $20 slow shipping, cost to ship to the person was $28. They said they didn’t receive it. I was moving and had not internet when they said this. Once I got my internet up and seen that the money was already pulled and I was out the faucets and the money I was pissed. Just messaged them “ hope you enjoy the faucets and the money you should of paid for them”. Also after a couple of bad purchases I stopped using eBay. Think I have used it twice in the 15 years since then.

I've been selling on eBay for years. Not sure what your return policy states, but my buyers don't get refunded until I receive the returned item.

Everytime i sell an item right under the name and adress of buyer theres the buyers phone number 😅 or send one message theough ebay then go to your personal email, ebay will send you a notice of message sent and you can reapond from your personal email does not gp through ebay system.

i often buy commercial industrial equipment. If i cant talk to the vendor im not buying the product. Im not trying to cut ebay out of the deal but i often have more questions than can be answered on a simple advertisment.

I wish this were the solution, back in the paypal days i opened my paypal account to find a negative balance, i won in the end but cost me a lot of time and stress

Get yourself into the section of where it says (TRIP SENSOR 8) go to your control panel and lift off the wire from terminal ZN8 wait 2 or 3 seconds and put it back on, then check to see if smokes show up on edit, delete...etc.

the guy is a thief! this is why i left ebay. people stole from me all the time. they know ebay will side with them and they can lie all day. ebay automatically accepts their return request AND force you to pay shipping both ways. the buyer (thief) can return an empty box and ebay doesn't care and they will not even allow you to contact customer service. if by some miricle you get someone on the fone after waiting on hold for an hour, it will be someone in india or the pfillipines and they will read from a script and there is NOTHING you can say to get them to change their mind. the best part is you can't even leave negative feedback for the dishonest buyer anymore!
