When that archway inflated it was as if it was made to be the entrance to your spider sanctuary. I know you were pleased, especially with how the legs and body hang over the top which certainly adds to the degree of creepieness as you walk under it. A perfect addition to your haunt. (Hope you have extra tape for whichever one of you split your pants at the end :D )

I've loved this inflatable since I first saw him in someone's yard around 6 or 7 years ago. He's so awesome! I wish Gemmy would bring back some of their more popular inflatables from past years. Maybe we need to petition the company (??). Lol. Thanks so much for sharing!

I actually ordered a giant yellow flickering light pumpkin from eBay it has a creepy laugh with thunder behind it . They were sold at Costco two years ago . I got it for 57.00 it was used has some damage to bottom but was still working and great for the price .

Use some no-sew glue and glue a patch piece of material/nylon that should hold the patch. You can get Eileen's no-sew at Walmart in the sewing/crafting section.

If you are having a hard time with your inflatables not holding air. Waterproof them. The spray on waterproof works wonders. Also do not use duct tape. Use PVC black patch for boats and glue.

Honestly, I went a bit overboard on the inflatables last year. But I try to do different things every year, so I'm pretty sure I'm going to tone down the inflatables next year! (And we always look forward to October around here!)

Howdy neighbor!.. That was an awesome find! (.well.. Since it works anyway!!.. LOL.. ) .. It's got a great motor too!.. My husband is a huge inflatable/blow mold guy.. He has a lot for Halloween and Christmas.... They are like tents.. They don't like to go back in the box!.. Your right ...that is probably how it tore.. :( He always keeps and breaks down the box and puts each one in a tote with the box in it to keep it.. Except for his archways he likes to put the inflatables up for the season with us putting our animatronics out just on the eve.. He straps them to pallets (we both work at Home Depot) to further keep the motors off the ground (he used to love "At Home" inflatables but the motors do not last.. :( .... even on pallets...).. but for one night.. Why bother .... It was well worth the $80!.. Its gonna look awesome!!

I don’t really do archways. I have a Christmas one and it’s hard to get it to stand up. I like that spider arch cus it’s actually stable. Others not so much. They just fall with the slightest of wind

I've never done it with the material on an inflatable (so if you do it, it's at your own risk), but I've had duct tape not want to stick to other material and found putting hot glue on the tape and the item seems to work for a strong bond that so far has held on the items I've done that with.

you might try fabric glue. check the fabric area and see if you can get enough fabric similar to the inflatable and use the fabric and fabric glue to make a better patch. one of your best reviews so far this year on inflatables. God bless

I think the black fabric is a 05 inflatable fabric used in a 012 inflatable

Also they sell fabric glue and if I remember correctly it's called Stitch witch and if you could get the same nylon fabric with inflatable is you could cut out of much beer Swatch and then glue it around the edge might work

Or can I put in a tornado fan in it with the shaking mechanism working do u know how to wire that to the new fan so it can inflate better? Thx

Have you tried Gorilla Tape it's like duct tape but much stickier it sticks to almost anything and it usually comes in Black I think it might fix your problem
