Hiya Darren,when I left school 31 years ago,my first job was a kitchen hand, there was this old feller,used to come for his dinner,it was £1.30 for a 3 course meal,we all thought he was potless, when he died he left £157,500 to the church, we were all in shock,I cant name names, this is Choppy

Many years ago when I was a young teenager I used to see this elderly homeless gentleman on our local beach. He would often boil water in an old baked bean tin. Long story short, one night he was murdered and my local evening newspaper did an article on him. Apparently he was quite a wealthy man who simply chose being homeless as a way of life.

Great video, thank you Darren! Can't believe that a woman would starve herself to death to save money! Obviously though, she did. My mum never used to eat properly so we could eat. 27 years today since she died. Merry Christmas my friend! ❤ xx

That story you told i believe it, that was good as i grew up watching the the scrooge movies as a child,but the b/w version was dark.i still like watching scrooge movies.looking forward to your 2025 videos.happy Xmas and new year 🎄😊

I was shocked when I saw the vandalism to this stone on the news. Luckily, the local council have had it restored. I'm not so sure my local council would have bothered. Happy Christmas Rodders.
