No its bajuwarian, or boarisch in original, in fact austrian is just a southern bajuwarian dialect.

it is THE Viennese Song. Back to the 17th century. It is sung in High German. NO dialect. and I hear it the very first time with Ei. Typically is Oh Dulieber Augustin.
