Just got the pack . Only thing it should come with a 3" belt right off the bat. I will be taking my belt off my alps pack and putting on this bag. Otherwise this is the best pack for day hunts

It looks great, but I wonder what would happen under heavy rain. Would the scabbard drain the water in excess? And how would it dry if it gets soaked?
