Hi Ian, First, please check which app you have used. There are several Eberspächer apps available. Please let us know the exact description from the App Store or Play Store. Also, please let us know which operation system you are using, iOS or Android, plus the respective version you have installed on your devices. You can always try to uninstall and re-install the app on both your devices and see if this helps. If this does not yield any success, please contact [e-mail] and please have the above mentioned information about your devices and operating systems ready. I have an easystart call module and using the app on my Iphone. But it's still working with sms. Now I see the new easystart web, and I activate 3G on my easystart call sim card because I was thinking I can use easystart web also. But after registering at myeberspaecher.com they ask me for a code. I have a few questions about that: Can I get a code to use the new webbased service in my easystart call module, or are the web modules completely different? I can't find anyting about a webmodule, so I hope I can use my easystart call module to work with it on the web. I think it's better and easyer then working with the easystart call app because you don't need to send text messages anymore, and you have more options to manage your heating system. I hope you can answer my questions. Regards.

Your EasyStart Call is strictly SMS-based. If you would like to use mobile internet or Wi-Fi communication, you should consider retrofitting the new EasyStart Web with your existing heater.
