Just bought this from Amazon. I'm recovering from a broken back and hips from a car accident in 2020 and never thought I'd ever ride a bike again. Not the smoothest ride in the world but the electric assist lets me get some time in while not completely killing myself while doing it. I can't stand ghost peddling so keeping it on level one or in full electric mode when I'm spent is perfect for me and for $1100CDN made it a great budget starter ebike.

Why does it go 17 mph in PAS 1? I returned an e bike that did that. It makes PAS impossible to use on city sidewalks. I hope the controller is programmable to lower the speed and give more Pas levels. I'm glad I seen this, I almost bought it.

That is a sturdy bike, but I’d like to slow it down at the POS levels. Does anybody know how to reduce those speeds?

I don't think I'd buy this. You really don't have an option to go slowly with the 1st pas level getting you up to 17mph. I really hope that is adjustable. I like how lectric has theirs where you get 5 and they go up from 6-10-15-20-28. To me that is the ideal spread of speeds. The high speed combined with the mechanical brakes I think would make me crash into someone on the trails around where I live.

I will never like those handlebars. Seems like every bike under $900 has them! Seems like a good bike for the price but those handlebars just annoy me so much lol

Nice video, but I bought a much better bike from AiPAS New York for $699.00 that’s very similar to the XP3 but $300.00 less and has a lot more features like a better display and shifter. They are also an American base company with great customer service. I’d suggest to anyone to check them out if you’re looking for the best bang for the buck in a eBike. 😊
