Soundtrack from the 1966 feature film, "Ebirah, Horror of the Deep" released here in the states as "Godzilla vs. The Sea Monster" and known in Japan originally as "Godzilla, Ebirah, Mothra: Big Duel in the South Seas " (ゴジラ・エビラ・モスラ　南海の大決闘, Gojira, Ebira, Mosura Nankai no Daikettō).

I love how the composer made a couple tracks mostly the opening and the Godzilla vs. Ebirah fights a very cool beat that sounds alot like Surf Music. Man do I love Godzilla music.

This was my first Godzilla movie,and while it's entirely true that I'm biased through nostalgia, the music here is honestly impressive. The Mothra part in particular is amazing, and it fits with the whole "ancient island goddess" thing. G vs TSM is an underrated movie IMO.

My favorite part is the action music & where Godzilla has a 'volly-ball' fight with Ebirah. I wish Toho had continued the Hesie era after the death of Godzilla with his son(back to life & fortified with his Father's energy/life force) now continuing the legesy. This would allow room for Mothra(& possibly in the same movie, Biollante...?) returning from space. Komunga, the Kamacurus, Gabera(as a great non-dream foe!) all mix'd with 'new' Kuiju. The volly dual w/ Ebirah would HAVE TO be repeated!
