Awesome troubleshooting and operational check(s) of blower PWM parameters. Again, like you mentioned, terrible shame the customer had to replace a pricey component due to a less than desirable capacitor mounting during circuit board buildup. I have had two similar motors to replace one that wouldn't spin. When they arrive and I apply 110v they do nothing. They don't have a plug on the signal end when they are installed, they're supposed to just do %100. Any ideas? RG148

Confirm they are getting power when they are to run. Aside from the fuse, there's no way of telling without confirming power is getting to all the circuits that need it. These are 3 phase motors with hall effect sensors for speed feedback. They can be a bit complicated.

Just took one apart here. Slightly different model but the capacitor was floating around inside. Unfortunately, it probably got into the fan area. the fan is busted up. I don't have the sleeve you had. It was probably broken or spun off. Now, the big problem is finding a replacement fan. Anyone have any ideas? All I am finding online are replacement motors such as your friend had.

Just FYI it can run without that cap. I had the same issue with the cap it fell completely off but it still ran.

The issue I had was the blower fan bottom side got delaminated and came off breaking in 4 pieces and getting stuck. I have no idea how to remove it as it doesn't have any spring holding it and it seems it was just press fit onto the shaft.

Everytime it is not related to capacitor this blowers can be stuck and short circuit because of fluid contact in this situation cost increases and also experience is important for repair
