EBMUD rebates for planting natives + free mulchn and compost couopons

Anyone served by the East Bay Municipal Utility District in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties can receive a rebate for switching to native plants on their property. This rebate is usually $1.00 per square foot of native species added to the property, but for a limited time EBMUD will pay $2.00 per square foot of native species added. Property owners can also receive coupons for free much and free compost for their gardens. _____ There are certain requirements to qualify.
