A variant of the Panhard EBR armored vehicle with more powerful armament. It featured improved suspension and the two-man GIAT TS 90 turret, upgraded to accommodate a 105 mm gun. The vehicle never saw mass production, nor entered service.

one of best light tank play i've ever seen, if not the best! a huge number of players would have continued driving around hoping to spot and get assist damage and pray their sports car doesn't get hit. this guy when spotting ceases to bear fruit, started going toe to toe with the heavies up hill 😎

Bad game. Selfish player as all of those playn for good stats. The problem is that the first phase of the spot was typical but later he left the entire left side alone, where enemies had their own ebr and broke through killing almost all teammates there. At this time ebr shots enemy heavies to make damage and let the other teammates die. I wish I had no such selfish teammate at a game. BTW hotwheels are an absolutely stupid improvement in WOT, next time mortars on bikes will demolish heavy tanks probably, this sucks. 20k pure spot would show the usefulness of this vehicle on this particular map. PS: very lucky no pen from grille.

Its about the amount of damage and penetration the shells have, not because of the shell type.
