This is one of those things who's loveliness is so transcendent there aren't any words sufficient to describe it. At least none I know.

After losing my wife in December and her father in Jan. I feel overwhelmed with what to do next. I must move from where I love to be, to where I was before. A job opportunity I cannot pass up. I was down in Tucson and try to get to one of my favorite restaurants, A Japanese place called Sakura. I went back home and brought my leftovers back and felt like Koto music and other traditional Japanese music. I must say that my love of world music has helped me through many trials of life. I saw this link and thought I would try it. WOW. It moved me to the point of tears but this was not only sadness but love of music and life worth living. My angel bride is most likely happy for my joy. The music was astounding, gorgeous, and moving. All of it. And she would not mind me saying that this singer was a most beautiful lady with a haunting voice. Please forgive my long note. I had to share the importance of finding something new in music after so many years of listening to many types, styles, etc. Not that I am old or wise at 54, but just the pleasure of finding something so lovely and meaningful to my soul. Thank you for such incredible music.

Duane Gibson I read you clearly and completely. My wife passed away in December 2014. I would lose myself night after night listening to music. It would differ depending on my state but it was there. Now I think, so much music to hear and so little time left to enjoy it. God be with you.

mesaman Ashman Thank you very much. I really appreciate comments and those who have been through it can understand better thouigh each of us has different feelings and it effects us different one person to next. I found this out when I went through a grief meeting at local Hospice. Brenda's father was on Hospice and he died two weeks after her. That was profound especially since he passed on her birthday. Some of the people in the meetings were two years out and really still hurting. I feel lucky to not be so affected but those people are wonderful and just need more time. Again, thank you. I am listening to this again as I write this. So very beautiful.

This is wonderful and haunting as it should be...I love the sax/jazz element. Wish I could get a cd version of this. One of the best versions ever...I can see the geese siloutted in the moonlight.....and the kudzu vines on the brick. Very sad and beautiful!

His (Yuri) soprano sound is better than his tenor sax. I cannot imagine being succesful playing v-drums for jazz but it work quite well here. Ms. Berker is pretty accomplished multi lingual singer. How many languages can she sing?
