Materials
1 kilo of garlic
2 tablespoons of rock salt or sea salt (40 grams)
Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
Note: When buying garlic, choose purple ones.

Drain the garlic well.
After crushing the garlic, place it thinly on the tray.
Let it dry in the sun until it dries.
Or dry in the oven at 80 degrees C. (dries in about 2 hours)
