It is sad. Unfortunately the process is long. The 1st thing that lady needs to do is to get a family lawyer or legal aid in her judiciary. She needs to get legal custody of those children. Based on the story we heard from that lady, the man is unstable. He can't win custody of those kids. Once the mother gets the kids custody, that stupid man should be the one to pay child support. You can't legally claim custody without a court order. These kids are Americans. I suggest reopening that case in the US courts where there is no corruption as evidenced by the Ugandan police and judicial system

​@@A28CByou are right, it's very hard to give one parent full custody here In the U.S.A. she really has to prove that he's a danger to the children and according to what she's saying that's not good enough to give her full custody. But it looks like the man has opened a strong case against her since the child died in her care, he's saying that the child died from neglect 😢 and Americans are very serious with children's death. That's where the problem is, I don't how she's going to get full custody unless the man withdraws the case. My advice would be like the father suggested they sit as a family and take it out of the court system otherwise this will never end.
