Can somebody seriously tell me what Sweet Cuppin' Cakes is based on? I know I watched a cartoon as a kid (mid 90's ish) that was just like it. I've been trying to figure out what this cartoon is forever. It's like I accidentally did acid as a 7 year old and have been trying to figure it out since. I think it ran along with The Tex Avery Show.
