There may be a lot of disputes over whether Kanaeva is overrated or not. Some say she's just flexible and does a lot of difficult routines. But even if we disregard the difficulty and whatnot, I still think she is undoubtedly the best dancer (not necessarily best gymnast) ; her body movements flow so naturally and gracefully with the music, while others, despite performing well, look a little stiff.

@Darkangelight Then I think you haven watched Zhenya's gala performance in Benidorm 2008 :) I don't deny that this routine was not so nice compared to the Benidorm one, but I couldnt agree that Zhenya "will never be as graceful and talented as Bessonova" Both of them are so amazing, in different styles :)

@Darkangelight they are equally good but Anya uses stronger music with more beat that's why it's easier to follow the rhythm.

@TheLPlayer bessonova has no difficulty.. she shouldnt be doing rg she should be acting then if rhythmic gynmnastics is all about being theatrical. guess what - when you get a score you have difficulty, execution and artistry... yay bessonova wins artistry! well you dont win the olympics on artristry do you? no.

Bessonova is there in terms of execution. She has incredibly clean lines, comparable to a ballet dancer
