please share your suggestions resolved the following issue and am new in AWS we have one EC2 instance for AD role installed (only 1 DC) configured AWS backup and successfully backed up new built DC after restored from backup getting following errors, 1. “Instance reachability check failed” error showing in status check 2. While access password from new restored DC ,got “Password is not available. Please wait at least 4 minutes after launching an instance before trying to retrieve the auto-generated password.

Error establishing SSH connection failed to connect EC2 instance Hey Sir! Hope you are doing well. I would like to talk to you regarding an issue i am experiencing from a while ago. Aforementioned in the subject of this email. I am unable to connect to my EC2 instance ( using browser connect ). I have allowed SSH port 22 inbound traffic in my security group. Also checked my VPC & subnets ( route table is allowed in internet-gateway ( igw ) ) configurations. But still unable to connect to my instance we have lost our key pair which means we are unable to connect through command line SSH. Could you please teach me how do we get out of it. I am looking for your response.

Hi,if the instance in 1/2 check how to make it 2/2 check.

Check once if instance is under Provisioned? if not then shutdown for 10 min, this will change the underlying hardware and Instance will launch on another Host.

while creating new EC2 in Volume step there is option encrypt by default, un check that option, and if that's not possible now then you can go to volume and un encrypt volume
