WES Timeline Update (June 2024 ) : I sent physical, attested copies of my bachelor's and master's degrees by mail. For my friend and myself, I submitted our documents to WES, which were received on March 28. It took 10 working days for them to enter the documents into the system and start the review process. The review itself took 20 working days and was completed by July 28. The status is now accepted, and an evaluation completion date has been provided. For those curious about the timeline, plan on about 2 months in total: 10 working days for WES to receive and enter your documents, 20 working days for the review process, and an additional 5+ working days for the digital PDF to be issued.

Hi log out and log back in , it should give u the option to upload the docs as shown in the video or try a different browser, the original copies need to be mailed by your university, so contact your uni to understand what is their process, some unis send it digitally to Wes , otherwise may require u to come to uni and mail from there

Hey Sofia In 2022 I applied for NIES evaluation (similar to WES) so for that I applied for my transcripts from DU and from ICAI and put it in a single envelope and dispatched it via courier. As I have my 2 different transcripts from 2 different institutions so this was the way they asked me to follow. Can I do the same for WES? I already have my transcripts with me both of them are in sealed envelope. Another thing is, DU only issue statement of marks/ transcripts in a sealed envelope not the degree certificate. So if a upload degree certificate in my account, is it sufficient or do WES need attested degree certificate in a sealed envelope also?

Hello Sofia, please I need assistance. I completed 3 years of National Diploma and an additional 1 and a half years for my B-Tech. Upon obtaining an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from WES, they evaluated only the highest level, stating that it is equivalent to a 4-year degree. Now, my question is, when filling out the Education History section on the Express Entry profile, should I include only the highest level that was evaluated and add the National Diploma in the Personal History section? Or should I include both levels under the Education History section? I want to ensure accuracy and avoid any mistakes, so your guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi , I would recommend to fill the education section acc to Wes , so unless the national diploma was done in Canada , do not include it separately under education, u can update it as one degree and mention both the courses or add one for 4 years and add a letter of explanation in the optional section , however I would recommend researching a little more as am not 100% sure abt this
