9:11 why do u think there won't be a 3rd round councelling. They emailed to re configure the branch preference order till 18th, So I believe there will be 3rd counselling after that.

hiii on thapar site a new pdf is uploaded in it , its written that : Admission to these new branches along with the vacant seats of other branches will be offered in the future rounds of counselling based on the JEE Main - 2023/10+2 PCM merit. Candidates can modify their branch preference order by 18 July, 2023 to include these new branches after logging into their application portal. so what i can analyze from here that there would be 3rd round.
