♡ recipe: turkish yogurt soup (yayla soup)
- 1.5 cups turkish yogurt (room temp)
- 3tbsps flour
- 1/3 cup rice/or vermicelli (I didn't have rice)
- 1/2 cup shredded chicken
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp dried mint
- 1tsp salt
- 1tsp black pepper
using room temp yogurt and tempering the mixture SLOWLY helps to prevent it from splitting!! Also, usually the recipe uses white rice BUT I didn't have any and used broken vermicelli noodles instead :)
