I had similar experience. What I did was 1) I did not schedule any appointment 2) I replied the email sent to me saying I was available to meet at their convenience 3)I got another mail 3 days later asking me to reply now if I was available for the notarization and fortunately for me I saw the email immediately and replied that I was. A secure link was sent to me and I was able to do the notary on the 5th Dec2023 instead of waiting till Jan 2024. Hope you found this helpful

Thank you so much for asking these questions. 1. MCC is different from ECFMG. If your medical school is in WHO list, it should be ok. 2024 rule is for the USMLE. 2. No, not necessary.

Hello Vaibhav, welcome to Canada. Unfortunately, you must pass all the licensing exams for the residency application. Whatever pathway you follow, there is no alternative options other than passing MCCQE1 and NAC exam.

Hello, there is no relationship between passing Q1 exam and getting a visa, particularly immigrant visa. You may show them that you will appear a clinical exam such as NAC, if you want to apply for the visitor visa, however it all depends on the visa processing officer. Thanks

During notary cam, no. They will send email to medical schools for electronic verification and mail for paper verification. Paper verification will take time.

Hello My medical school is included in world directory of medical schools but we have not applied for ECFMG Sponsor notes so it means students of our college cannot appear in step-1 .But our college is recognised by country accreditating agency recently (pakistan medical Council) And country accreditating agency has applied for WFME recognition recently So Sir what we should do now ? We should apply for ECFMG sponsor notes or we can bypass it because till 2024 our college will automatically be recognised by WFME through PMC (Pakistan Medical Council) ?

Hello, so if your intention is to get the GMC registration, you can only open EPIC account and verify you documents. You do not need to apply for the ECFMG certification. If you have a plan for the usmle exams as well then you can apply for the ecfmg certification. If you do not want to appear usmle exams, why would you apply for the ecfmg certifications? I am a medical student in China; the accreditation agency responsible for med school in China (i.e. WCAME) is recognized by WFME until 2030 but my university's accreditation by the WCAME expires in 2023/11.
