hello i wanna ask when i plug my usb that have the DTS files that i need in my machine it doesnt read the USB! it sais there is no USB is your USB plugged in?

@kuzo6141 Can you reformat your USB and try again? Sometimes the USB can a fault and it will not be read by the machine. If you are still having difficulties, please contact where you purchased the machine and they should be able to help you. You can also contact us directly on [e-mail]

How often do you have to change the needles?

@rebekawolfe When you start having issues with it stitching nice it is a sign it is time to change the needle, also you will notice it sounds different or is thudding through the item. It is hard to be specific due to the nature of it being a multi needle machine.
