I recently wanted to change my wifi settings in Alexa app. So, as the step goes: I switched the Alexa to setup mode and then followed the screen instructions. But, After selecting my device in the setup mode and then it takes us to the next slide i.e., SEARCHING FOR WIFI CONNECTION. An unexpected error shows up in the screen and then a purple colour on the Alexa starts to blink. Please help me, trust me i have repeatedly tried to connect but the result is always the same.
