Rate increased by 50% mean that if you have based 20% then 50% of it is gonna be 10% increased so total gonna be 30% drop rate

before, we have an echo drop pity on every 4th kill on normal mobs and 2nd kill on boss. that's like 25% flat drop rate with the help of food buff it increases 50% more which means (25 + 12.5) should be around 37.5% chance of dropping an echo per specific type of mob. but with this video he killed 26 Viridblaze (not counting the small ones) and got 12 echoes. the actual numbers looks better than the theoretical numbers. seems like it is worth using.

Thanks for testing, I couldn't be bothered to cook lol. Seems like the increase is not much, but it's still good for when I don't have much time to farm my daily echoes and can't use the pity system.

Its literally +50% over the base drop rate. Its a massive increase for commons and moderate for elites given the higher pity. For overlord and calamity it doesnt make a big difference since the pity is very low, but thats it

It's not a scam. The buff is multiplicatively applied to the base drop rate.

You should not count echo drops like that. Each echo costs (1cost, 3 and 4) have own pity; it is separate. But yes, your conclusion is right; it is 30%

bro. It says "increased by 50%" not "added by 50%". 50% = 1/2 Base drop of 20% x 1/2 = 10% Base drop with buff 20% + 10% = 30%
