There’s a much easier way to kill him - just go with magic build. For some reason physical focus abilities doesn’t scale with main attribute - we did a lot of testing with 50 str and 50 magic builds on different characters. For example on this video he’s hitting boss for 50dmg per strike at best, while with mage you will be hitting him for 350-400 with your focus skills. Considering that you can buy any amount of focus potions for almost no price you can just spam and nuke this guy in under few minutes

Great video! Could you tell me which 2H are you using and where it drops? Any other items that you can recommend for your build? Also, what is your stat distribution is like at level 30?

Thank you!! The weapon is called Spliced Hammer you can find it anywhere once Tier 3 starts droping. Most important about this weapon is the Rune Blink due to going with Heavy Weight armor, we will be able to move as a Light Weight with this rune. To be able to use this weapon we will need 26 Dexterity and 26 Faith. The stats I'm looking to get in it are: - Craft the Rune Blink as soon as possible - Heat % damage added. - Item's Weight % decreased - Chance to replenish Stamina on attack - The gems is Heat damage added For the gear I went with the Verdant Warrior entire set, requires level 21 to equip it, you can find it as soon as Tier 3 starts dropping. I was looking for this stats in all pieces: - Item's Weight % decreased - Equip Load % increased - Health % increased - Armor % increased - All resistances increased X For the rings I think Agility Ring and Fierce Ring are really good, Agility Ring you can get it from the beggining. In fact I have not found more since I started getting drops Tier 2 so good luck to get them before that. You can get Fierce Ring as soon as Tier 3 starts dropping. Agility Ring stats: - Attack Stamina cost decreased by % - Attack Speed increased by % - Movemeent Speed increased by % - Sprint Stamina Cost decreased by % Fierce Ring stats: - Armor increased by % - Damage increased by % Consumable that increase our Healt and Damage are very important, they can stack, also we will need a food that not only heals us but also restores focus, this way we will be able to Blink freely. Does the weapon use Strength modifier even though it requires dexterity and faith to equip it? What if I dont get to 26 dexterity and faith by level 30? I heard there is no respect function. Does that mean I am blocked using this weapon? When does tier 2 and 3 start dropping? I am currently level 16. Thanks in advance for answering my questions.

Thank you very much, I feel so honored. This weapon is a high commitment. You are right my stats kinda suck because I wanted to try a lot of weapons, I would recommend commiting your actual build if it's strenght to it and level up a new one for this weapon if you are interested. You have to go all in into two stats that most probably any other weapon uses, it scales damage every time you spend one point in faith and one point in dexterity, we have to scale it pair in order to scale it. I think Tier 2 and 3 start dropping depending on your progress in the story through certain areas. Much luck in the grind, I really appreciate it. Thanks for stopping by!!

Just in case people dont know this but this "endgame" boss is only "endgame for what areas they have released bc not all areas in the game can be played yet.. teir 3 gear starts at lvl 21 but the level cap is 50 or 60 so i think there will be 4 or possibly more areas to be released

damn that's a strong build with those blinks. I'm doing the more traditional heavy 2H Unique greatsword and it's a bit too slow for this fight. I got him down to 40% in p2, but I got out of good food. Need to farm that Focus chowder, like You did. Great vid.

Playing 2 handed builds its the true challenge, against this boss specially, that's why I like this 2h hammer lets me combo fast and out while playing a 2h. Is this fight actually fun? It just looks incredibly tedious and repetitive... Seems to go on forever and no doubt you have to repeat it over and over to grind for loot & XP

I actually like it being this hard, because is the last and more powerfull creeature in the game for now, I really had to squiz every single advantage I can take to defeat the boss, and that made me a picture of how the builds are going to be in the future, I really liked it. @@yuugeen2 Cool! Glad you enjoyed it.... I am just a tad tired of "boss arena" battles.... Big flat room (Usually circular) that you have to slug away at the enemy for ages and then they get that "Ha ha" second or third form and new health bars. Its been around for decades and I was hoping for something a little fresher in design.
