There were two more things at the bottom on both ends of the big room with the flies, floor is toxic and full of zoombies thougth.

Ah dang! One of the devs here - looks like a nasty audio bug happened early on that kept a dialogue sound looping forever 😭 no good, and yes definitely annoying!
