Exactly, PHT is favoring moderate AR 👍 Vena contracta width of 9mm is favoring severe AR, together with diastoloc flow reversal although not pan diastolic.

Very good cases. You see a lot of pathology. Had a hard time judging the vena contracta without seeing the zone of flow convergence @@DrMUsmanJaved

Usually its picked up incidentally, but this malformation predisposes to thromboembolism so should not be considered normal finding
