This is the first music i've listen to in this channel, it had passed in my recommandation at a moment when i was, really, noy okay at all. i had just knew that my best friend had passed away in her sleep. i was destroyed inside, i felt like screaming but i couldn't even speak up, i ended up listening to this music while crying in bed. i was suddently tired and on the days that would come i'd be more and more tired, when the school year started, i was not in it at all, felt like i was not ready to get back to the daily life after spending so much time in grief. Then one day, after multiple days where i would come late or be absent, i was sent to the psy of the school, that's when i knew that what i felt was not feeling of grief and lost, but depression. i had the chance to go the hospital and be treated but i didn't took it because i was afraid. Now that i look at it, i was wrong and should have taken the oportunity when it comes up to me, i could have saved my year and my whole life, just by having one paper from the hospital saying that this year would not have been the best for me to work and study. i could have just paused, focus on my illness and then come back to it, but i didn't wanted to miss an entire year of progress. To you reading this, take the right decision when the time to pause something to focus on yourself comes up, it is too late for me, but it might not be too late for you

The train that would take me back to my family; falling apart, bit by bit.
