This song means so much to me. I have been going through a rough time lately. A lady very dear to me died a few days ago. She was my teacher, mentor, friend, and adoptive grandmother. She was my biggest supporter. She was training me to be a French pastry chef. She used to say that I was a master chef in the making. Her birthday is next month. She would have been 70 years old.

I am coming back to this song every time that I feel sad. I know that you say "... but not tonight..." however I usually can't help it. The song feels like a tight comforting hug which is exactly what I need in these moments. Then the lyrics come in and I realize that they are simply true: "it doesn't last forever" bad times are always followed by good ones so I just hang tight while waiting for thing to clear up... Thanks for this song!

I truly can't get over just how truly brilliant you guys are, young lady you have a beautiful voice you hold your audience in the palm of your hand some groups will come up with one maybe two truly great tracks then fall by the wayside with a whole lot of very poor releases that eventually see them fading away into obscurity this will never happen to you. Echosmith has just a truly awesome sound, I have not yet come across one of your tracks I do not like everything about you guys just clicks into place you were MEANT to come together you were absolutely meant to be and as soon as Noah began to sing I immediately thought of Morten Harket from the 80's group A HA Noah you have a truly great voice my friend lets hear more of it ok 😉 I wish you guys well I really do and I hope we get to hear many 'many more great things from you, my very best to you all 😉

I don't know what it is about this band, but I absolutely love them. I don't normally listen to this type of music either. Not to get off track here, but I typically listen to Death Metal. Yes Death Metal. And if you don't know what that is you can Google it or something and you will likely come across at least some of the bands I listen too. Needless to say it's completely different than Echosmith. I can't quite put my finger on it or describe it, but I'll try. First thay are awesome, can sing and actually play their own instruments. Every song on every album is a masterpiece. They hit the mark every time. Always on point. No artificial fillers here. I also love the fact that they don't sing about or glorify drugs and alcohol. Nor are they selling sex. Too often bad behavior gets rewarded. Substance, class and style. That's Echosmith.❤️
